Terms of Use for Serea Brand Assets

These terms govern the use of all downloadable assets provided on this page, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, icons, documents, marketing materials, and any other associated brand elements (“Assets”). By downloading or using these Assets, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • The brand “Serea” is a registered brand of the pewag group.
  • All Assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of the pewag group.
  • No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through the download or use of these Assets.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Assets solely for the purpose of promoting the Serea brand and Serea/pewag products.

Acceptable uses include:

  • Marketing materials
  • Product presentations
  • Online and offline promotional content
  • Press or media communications related to Serea products

3. Restrictions

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Modify, alter, distort, or misuse the Assets in any way that may harm or misrepresent the Serea brand.
  • Use the Assets for any purpose unrelated to the promotion of Serea or pewag products.
  • Sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the Assets in any form.
  • Claim ownership of the Assets or imply any affiliation or endorsement beyond authorized promotional use.
  • Use the Assets in connection with illegal, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.

All rights not explicitly granted in these Terms remain fully reserved.

4. Revocation of Rights

The pewag group reserves the right to:

  • Revoke your permission to use the Assets at any time, without prior notice, and for any reason.
  • Require the immediate removal or deletion of any Assets previously used by you.

Upon revocation, you must cease all use of the Assets and delete all copies in your possession.

5. No Warranty

The Assets are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

The pewag group assumes no liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Assets.

6. Compliance

By downloading or using the Assets, you agree to comply with:

  • These Terms of Use
  • Any additional brand guidelines provided by the pewag group
  • All applicable laws and regulations

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your usage rights.
